Planet earth.
This is the year 2023.
Any given capital.
You’re standing in front of a modern, slightly weathered skyscraper.
From the outside, you can hear a seductive mix of music, difficult to classify.
Is it disco? New wave? Electro? Pop? House?
You get into the elevator.
Instead of floor levels you see annual figures from 1977 to 2044.
You are among models, dancers, bankers & construction workers, already celebrating while drinking champagne from cristal glasses or beer from paper cups.
You get off, not realizing if you ended up at floor 1984 or 2023.
Everything went too quickly!
The ongoing party seems as if the producers of Wall Street & Blade Runner had decided to marry while trying to get to the next level.
All the people on the dancefloor move like at a fashion show, casted with dystopian & space themes.
From afar, you recognize a futuristic, neon-illuminated stage, resembling a high-tech aquaterrarium.
The band sounds like an electronic orchestra.
Having learned from famous stars out of Munich, Dusseldorf, Manchester, London, Minneapolis, New York, Paris & the Riviera, having played clubs, discos, galleries, catwalks, yachts & raves.
The crowd is dancing wild but choregraphed.
The music is getting louder & more intense.
Suddenly you are standing near the stage, directly in front of the musicians.
You see two people & a computer.
One singer-guitarist & one bass-player-electronic engineer.
TWO MEN AND A MACHINE.
As you look closer, you notice that the eyes of the gentlemen are glowing reddish in the dark & their finger-joints are shining metallic blue.
Without looking into your eyes the front man glances off into the distance & declares:
„Hello, new member.
Welcome to the show!“
A female & a male dancer drag you onstage & you can’t help but move passionately…….
